And the one that’s better than everyone else’s costumes (not the gumdrop buttons!).

Though the app store usually provides every app I could ever want, there’s always that one random time I think of something that isn’t offered. I always want an app that offers several different features, but doesn’t have that one annoying little feature that ruins the whole experience. After searching the app store for hours trying to find the one perfect app, I eventually give up and settle on the app that comes the closest to what I want.

Since I’m not a developer and my coding knowledged is a little out-dated due to my lack of Myspace background updating in recent years, creating my own app has always been out of the question. I’m sure many others share this some thought with me, but we’re wrong. PencilCase is a platform that allows ANYONE to create a unique and usable iOS app for whatever you may think of.

PencilCase gives users the opportunity to create a unique iOS app using a user-friendly platform. This software allows ANYONE to create an application specific to their needs. It doesn’t matter whether you’re an expert developer or have no experience with app design at all. PencilCase is great for those wanting to create a unique application that features capabilities specific to whatever they need.

PencilCase offers several possibilities for the types of applications the user can create. Users can use the platform to create applications that virtually display training techniques, brochures, informative videos or games. This platform even allows users to share content from other social media platforms such as facebook, twitter, etc. or retrieve data from the web such as weather or news. Whatever you can think of, this platform helps you create it.

If this is a platform you think would be useful for work or even personal app publishing, PencilCase can be purchased at pencilcase.io/ and is compatible with Mac OS 10.9+ and iOS 7+. Discover what you can create and expand your own ideas on what an app can do specifically for you!

Build your own App with GoodBarber

If I were to build an app, I wouldn’t even know where to begin. I don’t know anything about the back-end framework of websites or apps. I guess I used to play around with coding when Myspace layouts were cool, but my expertise only goes as far as changing fonts and colors.

NewsWatch just recently released the NewsWatchTV Android app, which sparked my interest on how to build an app.

So, as many of you would do, I googled “how to build an app.”

There were hundreds of websites that came up in the search results. All the sites seemed kind of salesy and scammy, so I decided bypass these sites.

Eventually, a light bulb went off, and I decided to bug our tech guys and find out how to build an app. They directed me to a site called GoodBarber, which in my opinion, is the absolute simplest way to create an app.

GoodBarber allows you to test run their app building software with no strings attached. So I was able to sign up and not input my credit card information. Since I don’t actually have an actual reason to create an app, I was able to play around and kind of explore how easy GoodBarber is to use.

The website allowed me to “create” an app for iOS and Android. I could add my Twitter feed, and even add YouTube videos. It was super simple for me to do, and I now understand why there are millions of apps out there — it’s easy to create an app!
